Many questions — seeds, downloads, commercial use, editing — are already answered in ourFAQ and on each generator page.

Bug reports — your browser and device, the seed number shown under the map, and what you expected vs. what happened. A screenshot helps enormously.
Feature requests — how you use the generator (D&D, novels, games) and what the feature would let you do.
Map questions — the seed and settings (or just press Copy Link in the tool and paste the URL) so we see exactly the map you see.
